Most common issue, and solutions:

  • Charging pin breaks in "goes" inside the machine making it unchargeable (reorder)
  • It does not release the staples (reorder)

 

FAQ:

  • Many customers mistakenly load the staples/nails where the red arrow points, rather than following the instructions in the manual and inserting them where the green arrow indicates.
