Most common issue, and solutions:

  • Window cleaner arrives broken. Reorder TB802AA, if no stock, spare parts.
  • Connection from the hose to the brush/window cleaner broken, replace the brush (TB801AA).
  • Pole is stuck/can't open and therefore it does not reach the 6.5m. You can either request the pole in spare parts. Note that we lack of boxes to send it as a spare part so it may be wise to reorder depending on the urgency.
  • Soap dispenser missing/broken. Reorder TB804AA.


FAQ:

  • Do we have a longer one? Not yet.
  • Can I use it with running water? Yes please.
  • Does it include a hose to attach to the tap in the garden? No, it doesn't. The hose goes from the brush to the soap dispenser. The hose from the soap dispenser to the tap needs to be "provided" by the customer. Any garden hose work.
  • Can I use it with the Water Softener (WS504XX)? Yes, we have a set with it (S_TB502XX).


Other questions/comments:

  • It is very heavy, can't hold it for long.
  • The window cleaner is meant for vertical use only, so it’s not ideal for cleaning solar panels or glass roofs. The angle of the accessory just doesn’t work for horizontal cleaning.
