Astuces : 

  • The delivery delay for France is 3 to 5 working days. 
  • For the chat, ask always to send an email “ Bonjour, ma collègue francophone n’est pas disponible actuellement pour prendre en charge votre demande. Veuillez nous envoyer un mail sur l’adresse service@vonroc.fr , nous pourrons ainsi mieux vous aider. Bonne journée “
  • For the French calls, the answer is “ Bonjour,Pourrez vous nous envoyer un mail à l’adresse service@vonroc.fr nous pourrons mieux vous aider”, if you can do it please, eitherwise in English

 

  • Cdiscount messages have to be always answered,
     if no answer is needed, you can just put 

“Bonjour, si vous avez d’autres questions, n’hésitez pas à m’envoyer un message. Je vous souhaite une agréable journée. Cordialement “  

 

  • Always use "vous" (NL- u) instead of "tu" (NL - je)
  • Doubble check al 4 ManoMano accounts to make sure there aren't any invoices to send manually. This should not happen often
  • E-bay FR. There almost never cs questions. If there are mails check if they are meant for the E-commerce.
  • Amazon sends mails regarding return authorization :
    • If a customer wants to return the item without a reason and during the viewing period, always send the return procedure
    • If the machine is defect, or the item is delivered incomplete, ask him if he want to place the warranty and find a solution according to the situation or if he wants to return the item
  • If you use Deepl always use it from English to French not Dutch to French.
  • VAT is 20% in France
  • Shipping costs are 7,90€ (for spare parts)
  • @ is pronounced arobase ( arobaz )
